Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing daily operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise, audit, and ensure operations are moving smoothly.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment; assist in ordering as needed.
• Support scheduling, payroll, and administrative functions.
• Help implement company policies, procedures, and promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
• Step in for the Manager during their absence, making executive decisions when necessary.
